Is it true v4 is gonna be released this month?

Someone in the facebook page of Reaper reported that v4 would be released this month. Can someone comfirm this?

I'll be really surprised if it's released this month. I'm guessing mid-July, August. When the cycle first started, i thought it would be released in February :D

I was thinking the same. It's too early yet and so much to be implemented yet... At least I hope it's going to be this year!
